3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and was reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The customer wishes to return a non-defective item within 30 days of delivery
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and includes all original packaging and accessories
- Missing items are reported within 7 days of delivery
Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Because orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party manufacturers and suppliers, it is important that you inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
- Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@wellnessgearstore.com and include your order number, photos and/or video clearly showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.
- Missing items: If something is missing from your package, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the details of the missing item(s). We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Damage or missing item claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship the item within 7 days after approval using a trackable shipping method.
Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Exchanges for the same item will not incur a restocking fee.
Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
6. Refunds and Replacements

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval and inspection.

- If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund.

7. Exchanges
